They are perfect. They give the plant help with support but allows movement in the wind to control plant damage. They can also be connected together to make a chain to allow less stakes. Cannot beat that they are reuseable.

Too Small for a Wood Trellis
Nice idea, but turned out to be way too small for the job I needed it for.Originally, I wanted to tie a climbing rose to a wood trellis without using twine or wire; but these are way too small to go around the trellis pieces, not to mention the rose branches as well. I think if your trellis was one of those made of small metal bars; then it might work. Just be aware these clips are too small for a small wood trellis.Other than that, they look like they might last two, MAYBE three seasons depending on your weather; but considering how many you get, that’s prob ok.

Need both hands to fasten.
I was hoping I could just snap these on easily, while using the other hand to hold plant to stake- nope. Tricky to snap fasten. Also the picture seems to show a way to gang up two or more to extend length- nope. I would not buy again- but did receive enough to not have to worry for awhile.

Was a little disappointed . I had had this type of fastener before and these are not as well made. However, will see how they hold up and since they come in such a large amount, it will be ok if they don’t hold up as well as the others. They work well to hold plants onto trellises.
