For the price, its good!
You get what you pay for with these things, so my review is based on the price I paid.For sub $800 its decent quality, totally water resistant with no leaks, looks nice, and is pretty durable.Its not going to last forever, but for the cost I think its a solid value.My only real knock is, its not easy to assemble. Comes in a million parts for compact shipping, so its like assembling an ikea entertainment center. lol

Works for now
Comes in 2 packages delivered on separate days. I wish I would have known that. Did not purchase expecting an expensive porch. It works well and was fairly easy to install as long as you donât assemble in the order of the instructions. I purchased 2 and butted 2 together. I wish I would have purchased 1 long version instead but thatâs my fault. I donât like the see through top panels because they are hot to set under but if you have plants, thatâs for you.

Very Light – Poor Construction
It was a ton of pieces to assemble, but terribly difficult. Only one piece missing. Not impressed by how flimsy the panels are constructed. The weather stripping came out on over 50% of the channels that you guide the panels into. Too early to tell how it will stand up to rain and snow.

Good quality and fitment
Frame support parts are made of sturdy steel with a decent finish coating that looks like it will hold up well to the weather. Fitment of the parts was good and the fasteners are adequate making assembly straight forward with no extra drilling or modifications required. The poly roof panels provide a good amount of shade but I would have preferred them to be a little sturdier. Assembly directions are minimally adequate but you can find some online videos for additional help. Overall good product for the price.

The 12′ x 10′ did not come with 3 rows of panels it’s just 2. Doesn’t bother me, less work and still beautiful:)It was also the only one in this modern style that shipped to Hawaii and I appreciate ya’ll for that! We didn’t want the other pitched roof style because we wanted the rain to flow away from our porch doors.The assembly was pretty easy. 2 people and a drill you can finish in a day. Paying good attention to the set up pages!
