Good growing bags
Iâm not sure if itâs my green thumb (also very amateur gardener) or the growing bags but itâs working!I wish I wouldâve found some that varied in sizes so I could use for smaller plants, but I just loaded it up with growing soil and put the small plants in anyway. They are thriving. I like them in the bags vs the planter in case I want to change what I grow. Much easier to move a bag than dig put of the planter.

I just got them today so haven’t used them yet but I did inspect them. There are no drainage holes.

These bags are sturdy, easy to work with, easy to move, great value. Love the feature to open the bottom and peak at the progress – the Velcro is really strong. I like that you can roll down the sides to let more sun in when youâre just starting, and roll up as they grow and you add more soil.We had great success with potatoes this year and Iâll be reusing the bags again next season.

Generous size allows me to hill my potatoes deeply. Breathable fabric assists with good drainage and healthy roots. Bottom flap allows me to check production and sneak out a few early new potatoes. Sturdy handles assist moving, but consider the weight of a full bag.Be aware the large size means investment in a lot of soil, and water drainage may possibly stain or damage the surrounding surface or deck, depending on placement.
