Sharp Product that works great!
Overall, this product is excellent. Everything about it looks great. It is a quality pit that is âsolidâ when put together. It can be moved easily as well once fully constructed. It wonât blow away though. It is easy to light and it HIDES the tank as well.My wife, who is very picky selected this one after hours of research. She felt this was the best fire pit for our back year. Quality, look, easy to light, etc.. Plus, she liked that it hid the ugly tank underneath. I agree wholeheartedly. I am impressed with this fire pit. It âupsâ the aesthetic look on my back yard.Installation: This is the only part where I was frustrated. I hard to take it back apart because I didnât put the metal rod on to help with stabilizing the bottoms piece that supports the propane tank. This in turn made me realize I hadnât turned the bottomed piece the correct direction either. Wonderful!!!) also, I never used the super long bolts in the bottomed part. It didnât make sense to do so. Being longer added nothing to the support of the bottom base. It just would add a whole lot more twisting with a screw driver. PS- I wouldnât use a drill on this product. Most screws are small. Just make sure you have a longer shafted screwdriver what is thinâ¦not one of those multiple tipped ones. They are too thick to use when installing side panels.In closing, it is a great product. I am very happy with our purchase. My backyard is becoming the place I had always wanted when I was youngerâ¦where I am able to create memories with my family. Plus, my daughters like to have kids over because her parents have a nice fire pit. Thank you!PS: We bought a glass piece for the top. I was not in support at first, but it does help with protecting the flame on breezy evenings. We also changed out the fire glass as well. My wife wanted the 1-2 inch blue glass versus the round shaped ones it came with. ***It took two bags to cover it right.***

Beautiful fire table
Installation was fairly easy, easy to use, beautiful glass rocks. I would’ve given it 5 stars but, once it was put together and lit, we tried to turn it down to a low setting it would go to a low setting it would just go out and on second use at night while lit we realized there was a 3 inch Crack in metal pan and when we tried to turn the flam up it would again just go out. So we have to use it at a medium setting only. If it wasn’t so difficult to return as is or take apart we would return it for a replacement.

Pro’s: Great for a small patio area; Easy to put together; Love the blue glass beads; Started right up on the first try.Con’s; might want to use a drill to put screws in as there are a lot. Might need help when putting on the door.Overall, I love my firepit and enjoying the ambiance.

Why did I wait so long?!
Absolutely love this thing. Our wood burning fire pit finally broke down and I came across this while searching for smokeless fire pits. This thing is awesome. Fits right on our deck, so easy to light, and looks great even when not in use. We use our deck way more in the evenings now since we can have beautiful flames in an instant. Such a cozy atmosphere. We bought the glass windbreak from the same seller along with the fabric cover for off season storage. We like that this one is a bit smaller at 28 inches square while many others are 30. So much enjoyment for the price of a small gas grill. Donât hesitate.Update: For extra warmth on cool nights we purchased the heat deflector seen in the video.

The igniter did not work
I paid someone to put this together for me only to find out the igniter wouldnât work. The wire was not soldered in. I emailed the sender about the parts not working, heard nothing back. So I got in touch with Amazon and they reached out to the seller. This took several days from the time I received the fire pit. I decided that since I bought a new product, spent more to have it put together, did I really want to pay someone to repair the broken parts âhoping it would work?â I had him take it apart, put it back in the box and took it to UPS and sent it back! Yes, it cost me to have him take it back, but the return didnât cost me and a nice man at UPS carried it in for me as it weighed 58lbs! I will be 5 days tomorrow and have not heard anything from them. No refund at this time..
