Awesome customer service and a great heater!
We used it a couple times , and the igniter wouldnât work. I called East Oak left a message and they returned my call. I had to send some pictures or a video to them . I did that and i received an email a day later saying they would send a new too piece where the ignitor is. We received it a week later, replaced the broken one and the ignitor is perfect. East Oaks customer service also followed up with me after we installed it, asking if it worked.The output of the heat is phenomenal, it heats up our 20 x 20 lanai area. Perfect for Florida winters!!!East Oaks customer service dept is excellent. I have recommended the heater to many neighbors!Thank you all in the customer service dept of East Oaks making the repair to the heater easy and smooth.

Easy to Assemble & Extremely Useful
This is an incredibly useful product, that will allow you to enjoy the outdoors longer into the colder seasons. The instructions were clear, and straightforward. I was able to assemble this on my own in less than an hour. Itâs a good looking heater that also has a âtableâ if you so choose to use it that way. Iâve been using this on my deck near my hot tub for most of the winter. Itâs been wonderful for that use, and allows myself, and my family to transition from the hot tub, and deal with the extreme cold a lot easier. We even hang out longer, and have more family time outdoors, which has been really nice. It was packed well, and shipping was fast. Great product!

Phenomenal Heater
This is a great patio heater. It is easy to assemble and kicks out tons of heat. The dome on the top reflects the heat downward really well. I use this inside my gazebo and I’ve never had to turn it all the way up because it produces so much heat. I definitely recommend it.

Where has this been all my life
This is the best addition that we have made to our outside deck. It is very easy to assemble. It is also very easy to use. It stores great for those months when you don’t use it. But when you need it, it is there to provide plenty of needed heat for those cold nights. It’s especially great for gatherings when it’s a cold outside. We do plan on getting another one. At this price point, you can’t go wrong. Price at regular retail, you will see the difference, and it’s a big difference.

amazing professional looking heater
This heater looks like it could be a commercial grade unit you could find on a reatuarant patio. It is easy to put together, and comes with almost all the meeded tools to do so. As long as you have access to a standard philips head screw driver, because this unit has a few philips screws but no driver, you can easily put it together.The unit also comes with mounting tabs to be able to anchor the unit in place for wind protection, though I have no intention of using them so I took them off after I realized thats what they were (they stick out quite a bit from the base).

Not a fan of the color. Additionally, the auto-ignite failed to work after the first week.
