Beautiful and well designed
We are very pleased with this set! We did have to wait for all the boxes to arrive, as some boxes were delayed. Once all boxes were here, the assembly went well and the set is beautiful and comfortable. Our suggestion would be to take all the cushion covers and separate them. The ones with the long zipper that goes around the cushion corner are the seat cushions and the others are the back ones. Assemble each piece separately and use a tarp to keep track of the hardware and screws. Do NOT tighten the screws until all screws are started! (As stated in the instructions) I was glad that all the seat and back cushions seem to be the same size. Much easier! Really glad we bought this! Perfect for our cabin decks

Good Quality, Tough to Assemble
The materials and construction of the woven pieces are very good. The cushions are thick and the fabric seems durable. The swivel chairs are really nice. Weâre pleased with the look. However, assembly is a bit of a nightmare. So many nuts, bolts and washers to sort out. Holes for bolts often did not line up straight. It takes two people and a lot of patience. Also a note on shipping: the furniture came in 5 different deliveries over almost a 3 week period. Thatâs a long wait to get the whole set. We had a problem receiving the last piece and customer service was great. We bought the set on Prime Day which eased the pain of assembly. I recommend but be prepared for a difficult assembly.

We love the look of this sofa and chair set! They are beautiful, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the pictures. The set arrived in perfect condition with no missing parts, so assembly was a breeze. Very nice – durable, weatherproof, and stylish. The swivel chair glides smoothly and does exactly what we needed. not as advertised
1st off, these are a pain in the but to put together. very difficult to line up screw holes. start all screws and then go back and tighten each one. once put together correctly, these are very sturdy. that’s not the reason for 4 stars vs 5…. that would be because these were represented as waterproof cushions. they are not. the water sinks to the bottom of the cushions and will either dry out after a week or you can turn them up on the zipper and they will drain water out. they are thick tho, so I feel like I could not have found better without spending twice as much money. they look nice and are holding up well. I would still buy these again, just be wary they are not waterproof as stated.

Absolutely love it! I was nervous to order this at first from all the comments about the difficulty in put it together but my son’s had all of the furniture put together Ina few hours with no complaints! Very comfortable and beautiful!

Quality
I purchased the Heraâs 6 piece patio set and I love it. The quality is great and the comfort just as amazing. Putting it together had a few incidents but nothing you wouldnât expect. I put one ottoman together wrong and couldnât get the screws out because I stripped them. Now this was my fault of course but I went on line and had a chat with customer service and within 10 days I had a replacement. I think Heraâs furniture and customer service is excellent. I would certainly buy from them again.
