Great product, Fully Satisfied
We received this outdoor heater quickly. My husband also put it together quickly with the help of my son. As other customers mentioned difficulty removing the blue plastic from parts. They said it wasnt that time consuming and difficult. It is very sturdy, very tall heater and great quality. This requires a propane tank, which does not come with this heater. We used this for an outside party and it lit right up and helped tremendously in keeping guests warm. Our guests were seated around 4 feet from the heater and could feel the warmth from this heater. It also kept the entire seating area warm, with 1 heater. I plan to buy 1 more for our outdoor use and I would recommend this heater.

Was quite easy to assemble. Took about 25 minutes and I was up and running and warm from the large amount of heat this produces. Great quality for the price.

We love this new patio heater. We purchased for our back deck for these cold winter months when we still want to enjoy the outdoors. Shipping was fast, heater was well packaged. Took about 30 minutes to assemble. Heats very well and looks very nice too!

Not usable after assembly leak in regulator
Assembly straight forward and fairly easy 2 person.Once burner fired up ran for few moments then kept going out. Double checked leaks, found regulator hose that came with unit was leaking. Contacted supplier via email, a few days later response received. Stating they would replace regulator and hose or send us new heater. Accepted them sending a replacement regulator/hose. Then was advised they were out of stock, that they would credit us $17 to purchase a new regulator/hose. Went along with that, once new regulator was received we pulled burner off and attempted to unscrew hose from burner. Right nor left turn would loosen hose from burner. Requested full return/refund.Customer Service-Unable to reach by phone. Only email, the responses from this company come during the middle of the night. When looking up seller info looks to be located in china. Took several days to get resolution at one email per day.Final resolution- I was provided a full refund and told no need to return item as it wasnât fixable.Update – After return of this item we purchased East Oak TORCH 50,000 BTU Propane Patio Heater with Round Table! No regrets! The bones of the East Oak were SO much better. Original heater purchased didnât burn like this one.
