If I could recommend this to everyone I would. This is the best part of my porch. I got two of them to make a 28ft porch. I would buy this 100x over. Amazing. Me (38) and my mom (69) put it up together in one day! Purchased this you wonât be disappointed!!!!

Backyard splurge
Itâs a very well made product so donât be afraid to buy it. Itâs also very easy to assemble. My husband put it together by himself in 4.5 hours. He just needed my help when he did the front and rear crossmembers.Directions could have been better drawn to show which way the curtain runners went. The front curtain runners can go on after the roof panel runners are installed.Overall though we are very happy with our purchase so far.

Very good GAZEBA
The packages came in 6 boxes and they where well enforced with wood framing inside the cardboard boxes. Two boxes where delivered first and 4 where delivered 2 days later. All parts where there. Three roofing panels where bent a little and was easy to straighten out and one of the center columns had a 2 x 4 inch dent in it but not big deal. Had it up for 2 week, wind has very little effect and the roofing panel made no noise in the wind

Poor delivery and customer service
The unit came in with several damaged pieces. Since I was having an event in my yard I had no choice but to assemble it as is. The manufacturer, although responsive, could offer no real solution. They told me it would take weeks to ship the new part and offered me $20 to cover my inconvenience. Amazon customer service was no better. They told me if I had an issue and couldn’t resolve it with the manufacturer to ship all 5 boxes back. They also screwed me, along with UPS, on the delivery. All in all it looks ok and was no challenge to build. I did learn my lesson not to order large items from Amazon because they offer little if no support if you have an issue.

Kurapika Gazebo
Itâs perfect for our patio. Although we couldnât mount it to our wall because of the height we anchored it to the floor concrete. It took my husband about half a day to assemble it all alone. One of the poles did come with a small dent but I didnât want to return, I can live with it. But make sure to inspect all items before assembling. Uploaded a picture but still working on adding curtains and will add patio lights.

Confusing details
The gazebo itself was a 5 star. The packaging was great and only a few pieces had small dents. The reason for 3 stars comes down to 1) very poor customer service, 2) no mention where you could find the instructions without having to open every box, 3) horrible instructions on how to assemble. There was one step that took my wife and I over an hour to determine what was needed to complete the step. They details were difficult to read due to the font size use. 4) they state 2 people 6 hrs in one description and yet the instructions state youâll need 5 people. 5 adults at a minimum is needed and you should count on a minimum of 8 hrs to unpack and construct this gazebo.Once finished, the gazebo looks great.
