Perfect couch for the perfect price
Perfect couch for kids! Wanted something nice looking but didnât break the bank. Fits great in our loft and is a hit with the moving ottomans for the boys to stand on while playing Xbox! (Super sturdy) Came in a couple different boxes. Received a couple the first day and the rest came the next day.

Poor Quality, Missing Parts, and No Customer Support
I purchased this couch in December and received it in November in four boxes. To my surprise, it was missing 14 legs and the sides for the ottoman. I contacted customer service multiple timesâno response. Amazon refused to help, saying it wasnât their issue. I also pay $18 a month for total protection, but they said they couldnât do anything.Beyond the missing parts, the couch is poorly made. The cushions have nothing securing them to the frame, so they constantly slide around. Overall, this has been a frustrating and disappointing purchase. I do not recommend this couch.

Ok, so we were limited on size due to our layout and what not. Had to be 86 inches max in length and also budget. But it isnât bad, itâs comfy. Description says color is âBlackâ but itâs more dark gray with a tint of blue to it. That kinda bugs me a bit cuz I strictly wanted dark gray to match the chair I got. But whatever, my husband wonât help me return plus Iâm sure itâd be a pain in the butt to return. (Couch came in four boxes, so cushions were vacuum sealed) Also the back cushions could use some or quite a bit more stuffing to make them more comfortable and cushion-y. Cushions you sit on could probably use a lil more stuffing to but not as much as the back cushions. The Ottoman cushions are pretty cushion-y lol compared to the others so I donât think they need anymore stuffing. Also another thing is that the ottoman cushions are not sewn down, Velcro or anything to the ottoman frame. So they slide off the frame pretty easy. Iâm planning on going to get some Velcro to hold them down or whatever. Just to note we did set them out to âfluffâ out all the cushions for over 72 hours. Other than what I mentioned, itâs not a bad couch. According to my husband, assembling was easy. Canât remember how long it took. If I had to guess maybe less than a hour or so. He did say it was easy but thereâs a lot of lil tedious things.

We are very pleased with our sofa, at first we thought some parts were lost… but with reaching out to Customer Service. They pointed out that some parts were hidden in the end and back of sofa. Love it!
Took forever to be delivered but it was worth it! Quality of the material is comfortable, looks great, weight isnât too bad I can easily move it. Assembly was quite easy aside from somewhat confusing instructions and the letters for each part had fallen off, took my partner and I about an hour and a half. The ottoman cushions definitely need velcro because they move pretty easily. Overall itâs so comfortable and I sit/lay on it as much as possible!

Poor Value For Your Money
This couch is terrible. It was a job to put together. No stuffing, arms are very hard, cushions lack stuffing. Can buy a much nicer couch thatâs put together for same price at a store in person.

Great size for a small apartment.
Furniture came in a few days early and was boxed nicely. The back seating of couch was lightly stuffed and could use more stuffing. Depending on your preference . Not a big deal. You can add more stuffing or add throw pillows that fixed the issue if you like the backing firm. I order the Color: Black, which is much of a darker charcoal grey. Great purchase and happy it worked out.

It’s okay
It’s not the worst but honestly after having it for a few months I wish I splurged for something nicer instead, because it won’t last. After a little while of sitting on it I now have to constantly fix the cushions, moving them and fluffing them and attempting to fix them because they dont stay and the seat cushions are not thick enough, so now when I sit on it I can feel the wooden frame underneath instead of feeling the cushions, which hurts.. I don’t feel like it’s worth the money. The armrests also feel very weak. It still works and you can fix the cushions over and over sure, but i wouldn’t recommend it overall tbh.. I’d splurge for something nice
