Missing pieces, unable to assemble
Purchased this as a birthday gift for my partner. Got 3/4 of the way through building this piece and realized one of the screws is neither medium (O piece) or long (N piece), itâs somewhere in between? Itâs too short to connect the side piece to the bottom piece, and they didnât send any extra hardware in this kit. Might have to try to superglue it into place so it doesnât fall apart. Itâs too much of an hassle to completely disassemble and ship back for a return. Also- the other reviews were right, the instructions are AWFUL. Iâm used to building IKEA furniture and I still had to take this thing apart at least 3 times. Save your energy and money and go with a better brand.

It was not an ease assemble . the paint job on it was very poorly done, the finish was not smooth on one of the corners.

Nice cart
This cart is exactly what we were looking for to put on our deck as a way of making grilling more convenient. Assembly was a challenge – Iâm not gonna lie – because the instructions were just a bunch of pictures. My husband is a machinist, and even he had trouble figuring it out. Once he did, though, we are very pleased with the assembled cart.It is sturdy and rolls easily because all four casters (rollers) swivel instead of only two of them like some carts we have seen. The top of the cart is great because you can put food on the second shelf in the event that an unexpected rain shower pops up. The storage area behind the doors will hold lots of accessories and wood chips, providing shelter from the weather.Even with the challenging assembly, we would purchase this cart again. Itâs really a great product.

Great Outdoor Grill Table â Sturdy and Convenient!
This movable grill cart exceeded my expectations! Itâs spacious and provides plenty of room for food prep and storage. I love the utensil hooks â everything is within reach. The wheels roll smoothly, making it easy to move around. The tabletop is sturdy and holds weight well. I use it with my Blackstone griddle, and it fits perfectly. An excellent addition to any backyard or patio for BBQ lovers!

Assembly Instructions are AWFUL.
They paid attention to my complaints, and we are happy with the results. Thank you. Due to their quick response and help, I have changed my rating to a 5 star.Assembly instructions are very difficult to understand. My husband (an engineer) had an awful time with it, and had to undo several pieces due to lack of information (up, down, etc.). Several pieces came out of the box scratched — we’ll have to buy some Rustoleum paint to fix. Not happy with this cart at all. Looks nice (considering the scratches) and will do the job, but assembly was awful. Standard propane tank DOES NOT FIT Would not recommend.

I received this item yesterday with box in good condition so I expected no damage. When I opened up the box and removed the parts it was interesting that three pieces in the interior of the box had dents in them. Not the outside items just the inside ones. This would indicate that it was not a shipping issue but a quality control issue. Someone put damaged items in the box. The dented items where the shelve, top and lower shelve. I straightened them out as best as possible as the metal is very thin. The paint was also not consistent from interior to exterior of the shelves.I must say I received a response from the supplier the day after posting my review offering a full refund. As I had already put it together and remedied the issues I did not want to send it back. They then offered me a rebate due to there issues. Said they reviewed and updated the packaging to prevent the dings from happening.I must say have not seen a company that was so easy to work with and respond as fast as they did in a long whilePretty flimsy till all parts installed. I also think you will be repainting this unit every year if you donât cover it because this is thin steel. Also use a cover on each shelf as it will scratch easy.I got mine to work but definitely not worth the cost should be in the $150 to $200 range.
