Great heater
Works great. Puts out enough heat for a chilly night. Don’t know how it would work if it’s really cold out. Nice remote and it oscalates. Only negative, not a very long cord to plug it in.

Does not power on, and missing remote
This product arrived missing the remote. The heater has a button on it to turn it on and change heat settings even if you donât have a remote, but the heater wonât turn on at all. I followed the instructions after plugging it in, and it doesnât work at all.Update: I returned this heater when it wouldnât power on. I purchased the same model again, making sure it was the âbrand new, unusedâ option at the higher price point, and it arrived unwrapped, covered in dirt, green and red dried liquid, and someone elseâs fingerprints. What is going on with this heater?? Returning this a second time.

Fabulous little heater!
Bought this heater for my hubby and he loves it! Hubby spends a lot of time on the porch and would freeze in the winter but his new heater keeps him so toastyâ¦â¦â¦.its a fabulous item!!

I live in a ground level, hard wood floor apartment. Place isnât big, nor is it sealed properly (old house) so winters can be harsh. This thing does the job, I absolutely love it. The setup literally takes two minutes.

The entire unit gets very hot!
I really like the output of heat but the entire unit heats up, too hot to touch. The leather strap at the top is warm, but thatâs the only way to move it when itâs on. Itâs all plastic but if itâs too hot to touch, it seems risky to keep. I will look for something else.
