What are the WiFi network requirements to connect to the Pura diffuser?
Pura diffusers use 2.4GHz WiFi networks because the 2.4GHz frequency has a longer range and can extend more easily through walls and through larger homes, creating a better experience for our users. Pura diffusers don’t support 5GHz WiFi networks.
How do the manual buttons work?
Control your Pura Plus through the Pura app or manually with the buttons right on the diffuser. Press once to start a 4-hour timer and again to control scent intensity: strong, medium, subtle, and off.
How long should a fragrance last?
Together, smart vials and Puralas technology deliver a scenting experience of up to 100 hours, per fragrance vial. Using fragrance-specific data, accounting for the size of the room and your intensity, to scent your space.
What type of space will the Pura Plus Cover?
Pura Plus effectively fills large spaces and open concept rooms. It does this by using both internal heaters and a fan to disperse the scent broader.
Are fragrances included?
No, this doesn’t come with any fragrances. Since everyone’s scent preferences are different and we have so many options to chose from, we want to let you pick which scents you would like. Only compatible with Pura fragrance refills.

WAY better than the wall plug in!
This works SO much better than my wall diffuser. If I have unexpected guests, I can turn this on via the app and within 5 mins of turning it on high my house smells incredible. I got it with the Santorini scent and people constantly ask me what candle or diffuser I have on. It blends in super well with the other black decor I have and people don’t even notice where the scent is coming from because it is so quiet and disperses so well! Unlike the wall outlets that rely on heat to spread the scent, this actually has a quiet fan functionality that pushes the scent out. Highly recommend!!

My fiance loves these things
My fiance bought these for our house and Im pretty impressed. She has it all hooked up to her phone and can trigger them to turn on/off depending on the time of day. It fits 2 scents so you can do something beachy/clean during the day and something cozy at night. Its pretty small and has a sleek look that matches our esthetic.I would give these 4 stars if I included pricing as these are a bit pricey compared to just burning a candle but cost is relative to the person buying them so 5 stars from me.

I LOVE my Pura diffuser! I have one at home and one at work. There isn’t enough space here to talk about all the different fragrances, lol. I suggest starting with this diffuser, find some fragrances that sound like ones you would like, and enjoy!

The first diffuser I received worked a day and stopped, I contacted Pura and they did some troubleshooting and figured that it needed to be replace and it didnât take long for them to ship the replacement. Now that I have the working one works great also can schedule times and how many hours you want it to release scents.

Terrible waste of money
Terrible expensive produce. I upgraded to newer version thinking it would be better.. not so. Donât waste your money.. now it canât be returned. Started whining and canât get it to stop. Unplugged ready for garbageâ¦

Doesnât work for large rooms
This is user-friendly, and would be great if it actually aromatize a large room. We put two in our living room and still are not able to really smell it at the highest sense level. You do smell it when you are near it or have a fan blowing it towards you, but it does not consume the room. We do wish it worked as some people have stated really making a beautiful scent when you walk into the room, but that has not occurred for us. We have found that a lesser version a diffuser works better. I gave it a three because it is easy to use on your phone and it does smell great when you can smell it. However, with the cost of each cent and the cost of the machine itâs better just to use the diffuser or wax melts as it does a way better job for large areas.
