Phenomenal Customer Service / Beautiful Set
Wow! This seller’s customer service is fantastic! We purchased this outdoor sofa set three years ago, and we replaced the blue cushions two years later after they began to thin out a bit in the California sunshine (no fading though). The replacement covers (green) faded within a month, and the seller quickly and graciously replaced the whole set with beige ones, even adding some extra covers just in case. We would definitely order from the seller again!

Honest review from everyday guy. Its nice to look at looks like one of those wicker 5k dollar sets but its def not. If your on a budget and want something that looks very nice but will blow off your deck in 15 mph winds this set is well worth it for the money. Good side is its light and easy to move and carry. The only issue is its plastic rubbery looking wicker wrapped around metal frames and keeps blowing off my deck. I just wouldn’t leave it year round outside or prob won’t last. Otherwise I get compliments and everyone assumes I paid more.

Great set – great price – great quality!
This is a great sectional. I was a little scared to order something so large off Amazon, but it is so nice! It was about a third of the cost of similar sets from local stores – which made it even more appealing. My husband and I were able to put it together without throwing tools at each other, and it took only a few hours to put everything together. I would recommend a ratchet screwdriver with a hex attachment, or something like that – thatâs what we did and it went much more quickly. The only things I didnât love were the clips to hold the pieces together and the quality of the construction of the pillows and cushions. Some of the clips went right on, while others wouldnât go on no matter what! The cushions and pillows have raw edges inside, so when youâre putting the cushions or pillows inside the cases, the strings get caught in the zippers. We wanted to make sure the insides of the pillows stayed nice through rain, so we covered each cushion with a 33 gallon garbage bag and the pillows with kitchen sized garbage bags to keep them from getting wet. We will also probably put weights inside the cushions and pillows to help combat our crazy winds in Colorado. You canât go wrong with this set – now to see how it holds up to the crazy Colorado weather!

Great set!
After a very long search, I finally ordered this set and couldnât be happier with my purchase. Hereâs what I love:- Cushions are thick and comfortable (at least 4 inches thick)- Fabric is bright and beautiful- and seems to be water resistant. I do keep a tarp over it as we get a lot of rain, but for small spills or a sudden sprinkle the fabric should hold up well- The set can be locked into position, which helps tremendously with the shifting of the chairs- The size is great! It is large, and you can fit many people comfortably. And it easily moves around, so you can turn it into couches or a large lounge area – itâs great for entertaining.The only downside so far is that I have not figured out a way to keep the cushions from shifting. The cushions are reversible so I donât want to use Velcro. But itâs a minor annoyance.Overall it arrived quickly and was easy to assemble (my husband did it by himself in about 2 hours). It seems very sturdy and I hope it lasts us several years. Either way this set was still a steal compared to the prices I saw at other retail stores. If youâre looking for a large outdoor sectional – this one is great!

Buyer beware, horrible return policy
Buyer beware!We ordered this (10) piece sectional on March 25, 2023, and received it on April 5th We assembled one section and were surprised at how small it appeared and how uncomfortable it was. The quality is not very good, the back of the sectional is very low, the cushions are sub-par quality, and the material looks like plastic.We decided we wanted to return the sectional and initiated the return process on April 7, after all, Amazon has a 30-day return policy, right? Without getting into all the detail, the return process was very frustrating, and we were shocked to find out the seller requires a 20% restock fee and we must pay for the return shipping. With the 20% restock fee $153.80 and the FedEx shipping cost of approximately $847.00 we would be at $1000.80 to return the sectional. Therefore, we would endo up LOSING $231.80. Now we are stuck with it, we would not even keep it if it was given to us for free, we have since purchased a real sectional.Ultimately Amazon did not support our dissatisfaction and even cut us off from communicating with Rattan artisan (Seller) and closed our return complaint without our agreement while trying to negotiate some kind of refund for our displeasure (seller offered us a small refund).Not only would I never recommend this sectional, but I will also never buy large or heavy products from Amazon again as their 30-Day Return Policy dopes not support these types of products.See the attached photo’s comparing the sectional be bought from Amazon, vs. a real sectional we ended up buying from a real furniture store.Amazon has disappointed us for sure.
