These solar fence lights are seriously awesome! The pack comes with eight LED lights that I put along my fence and patio, but these would be a fun idea to put around a pool or water feature using the color light modes too. They were super easy to mount, look great, and have required minimum maintenance.They are super bright for solar lights and despite having seven different lighting modes, don’t give you that dim warm glow that other solar lights give off. They are totally waterproof too so they are not affected when it rains; however, if it is cloudy or overcast outside they don’t charge as great as if it were bright and sunny outside so they are not as bright or last as long.

These solar fence lights are a fantastic addition to my outdoor space! Installation was a breeze, and they immediately added a warm and inviting ambiance. Doesnât come with installation sticker
Updated review April 2025: updating my review to four stars, but not five. Please see attached pictures and video. The manual says on step one as pictured attach the provided installation aid sticker, and drill holes at the designated points on the sticker. There is a clear plastic sticker that comes over the top of the light that has no lines or designations on it at all. I emailed the customer service email on the last page of the installation booklet and they finally emailed back and sent me a picture of the Back of the light where you have to unscrew the top piece and that is your installation guide. It is not a sticker and they do not include a screwdriver for the size of these itty-bitty screws. I suggested to them that they reword their manual to be more accurate because nowhere in the installation guy does it tell you to flip the unit over and unscrew the top two screws and take off a plate to install the light.I have purchased two packs of this product and neither of them came with the installation sticker as mentioned. No such installation aid sticker is provided.

Works Well and adds nice ambient light
Am very happy with this set of solar fence light.They are very easy to set-up, just measure the distance between the holes in the back for your screws. The back also has a removable plate (just has 2 small screws) which we removed and used as a template to make all our holes which make the entire process so much easier and quicker. The screws included were too long for our fence (they would poke through the other side) so had to pick up some shorter screws myself but that was the only issue.They charged up very easily and as exited, only had them in the sun for few hours the first day and they lit up that night. There is a button you push to turn them on and then cycle through the different color settingsâ¦so far it has remembered and automatically turned on to the color we selected. They are brighter than I expected, not overly bright but we put several along our fence every few feet and they do a great job of lighting up the area and adding some ambient light.They seem to be made of quality materials, the design is simple and compact which is perfect for our exterior. They are easy to set-up up and start using and have lots of unique functions and options. Overall itâs a great value, ended up buying a second pair to use across our entire fence. Would recommend these!

Not as bright or functional as hoped
Theyâre fun for some color pops during holidays or accent but definitely not enough light for security or viewing. I will keep as an accent but still need lighting to actually see the pool area or dog out in the night.I have them all 12 around a metal pool fence. Attached with outdoor double sided tape. No desire to drill lots of holes into fencing of any kind, even if we had wood, for lighting that will burn out.Maybe better on solid fencing? Mine is the iron type so I had to attach at the wider connection ends between panels.Also, the solar panel is angled. So, if itâs placed on a north-facing surface, it might be shaded. I had to put some on the outer side and some inside my fence to be able to charge. Would prefer a flat panel to put them where I want.
