Skeptical at first but was proven wrong
Because of the nice and low price tag, I was certain this would be a waste of money. We needed a container that we could put our TV remote control and pillows. I saw this product and loved the cushion on top so I purchased it. It was easy to put together and sturdy. It has a max weight of 275, however 2 grown men sat on it while we were having dinner on our patio and they weight about 200 each and it held them with no issues. For the first time since we purchased this, a storm came in, with high winds and rain. The next morning I was certain my pillows were soaked. To my surprise, NOPE! Not a drip of rain got passed the waterproof barrier. So pleased with the purchase, worth every penny and a great value!

I bought this bench to put fireplace and chair covers in. I didn’t think it would be big enough but it was. I haven’t tested the weight strength or the waterproof part but I am assuming it will be. Took me a while to put together as I am not as flexible as I once was. But it looks nice where I put it on the deck and it matches the chairs and table. The only thing I am not fond of if I am being picky is the color of the cushion. Debris from trees land on it. But I would buy again and I think it fits perfect.

Definitely worth the price
Compared to other brands the price and quality is damn near perfect, assembly was easy, quality was very good, even came with hydraulic rods for the lid, and sturdiness was on par. THE ONLY negative was the Velcro sealable storage inside doesnât quite fit perfectly, one side you have to leave hanging or you wonât be able to zip it up all the way. Other than that Iâd highly recommend(Left it outside during last hurricane and it kept all our outdoor cushions dry and safe)

I found this and, liking the aesthetic and the advertised storage area, I found that the plastic construction is very lightweight, but seems to have reinforcement in all the right places to make it somewhat durable. Certain pieces have a flimsy feel to them, but I have no idea if they will be put under the stress necessary for them to fail. The assembly is incredibly easy. The majority of pieces snap together like a Lego brick, and the remainder of necessary parts are held together by about a dozen screws. It took less than a half hour for it to go from unopened delivery box, to fully assembled storage,..

Leaks like a sieve
Changing my rating to one star because of the consistent leaking.This storage unit was easy to assemble, and it will also serve double duty as seating on my patio, when needed. What I donât like is the zipper bag attached to the inside by Velcro. Itâs a bit flimsy and I can envision it ripping, or the zipper breaking, in time. Because the zippered bag is a giant pain in the *** to zip and unzip, and the fact that it leaks, I ordered a custom waterproof cover online.The manufacturer should consider getting rid of the Velcro and zippered bag, and include a waterproof fitted cover instead. It would be a much more efficient trade off.

I ordered this to keep blower in on my patio. It was easy to assemble and the hydraulic hinges work great. Very nice storage bench with a cushion on top.

an issue with the strut hinges
I was so happy with this deck box…it’s a great size for the foot of my bed, and will later fit outside beneath windows that look out on a little deck. It went together easily…just follow the instructions, making sure not to screw everything tight until about complete.The one issue is that the two ‘strut’ hinges don’t work! I put one of them on (took some effort), and immediately had to remove as it didn’t function and the lid could no longer close. This was also true of the other hinge. I kept wondering if I needed to do something, finally emailed the e-address on the instructions, only later to see the email had been returned as ‘undeliverable’ in my ‘junk box!’ Alas. I don’t see a way now to be in contact with the seller. Hence I’ve removed a couple stars from an otherwise a 5 star product. If I hear anything (due to this post), I’ll update.

Nothing wrong with the productï¼just the pollen from the neighbors bothering me. The inside layer is water resistant .All the stuff I keep inside stay nice and dry even in the raining season.

It looks nice, I am close to 200lbs, can sit on with no problem. Very easy to put together, it only took me approx 30mins to put it up. Just a reminder, this is not a regular sized deck box, it is smaller (exactly what I am looking for). Also like the liner design, the material could be more heavy duty.

This is a nice storage box but measures smaller than expected. Not big enough for conversation setâs cushions. Zipper in Velcro attached water proof liner is not very sturdy.Return request was approved by Vendor but my return shipping cost was huge so kept it and canceled the request.Using it as an extra cushioned seat for one or two depending on stature and for the waterproof cover for the set if folded up or rolled tightly.Disappointed in this on line shopping experience.Would have done better to shop locally at Canadian who currently have a larger brown wicker deck storage box on sale for half the price
