Excellent Valencia Tuscany Theater Seats
We decided to break away from the traditional couch/sectional, & look at theater seating. We chose Valencia theater seats, & bought the Tuscany line, in a row of five. We’re very glad we did. They look great, & it all arrived without damage.Not only do they look beautiful, but the functionality is outstanding. They feature the controls you’d expect to recline the seat, but also provide excellent, adjustable, lumbar support, & an excellent, adjustable headrest. Lumbar support is especially good – a feature that prompted immediate, positive comments. Overall, the seats are very comfortable, & provide firm – not saggy – support for legs. If so inclined, sleep comes very easy with these seats. Also helping to eliminate distractions or irritants, the motor/gear assemblies raising/lowering the various features are almost whisper quiet.In the reclining position, the adjustable headrest complements the other features perfectly, & provides the head/neck support you desire while watching TV, a movie, or simply relaxing. Individual arms (with plenty of storage space – this is where the swivel table is stored), in between each chair, make sure each person has enough room & arm support, no matter what everyone else is doing.The swivel table accessories are another great addition to the list of features. When in use, the tables will block the cup holder on that arm, but one of the reasons we got the row of five was that it provided plenty of adjacent cup holders while using the table. Of course, the table, itself, can also hold drinks, & isn’t so large as to get in the way.Delivery was also excellent. Estes Express provided the shipping, & used Crossroads Courier to make the final delivery. That part of the delivery was particularly smooth. Giovanni, the driver for Crossroads understood precisely what had to be done with three large pallets of furniture, weighing almost 900 pounds. He placed it all exactly where we wanted it to start the unboxing. Of all the deliveries we’ve had, this was the best. Crossroads Courier, Estes Express, & Valencia can truly be proud of such a smooth process.Throughout the entire process, Valencia (Bethany), & Estes made sure communication flowed freely, offering help every step of the way. And, much to our delight, delivery was a day earlier than the original, three-day-delivery projection.

Very comfortable quality leather home theater seats
High Quality leather home theater seating. I got the two-chair Tuscany in black. It came in two cardboard boxes wrapped together in plastic wrap. Each box is only 29-30″ tall so I was able to rotate each on its side and wheel them one by one through a standard doorway with a hand truck (dolly.) They are well packaged and there was no damage. They are easy to setup and assembly is a breeze. They have a qr code on the outside of the box to link to a video on how to unbox and assemble. The seats are quite firm but very comfortable. I’m 5’9″ 175 lbs adult male and the fit is very good. My heels are right at the bottom edge of the foot rest when extended. As for width, there is room for me to put both arms down on the seat between my hips and the inside of the armrests.The extension of the recline is sufficient. I like that the headrest can be adjusted independently. This way you can be fully reclined but still see the TV. The lumbar is nice but so far it is comfortable without needing to use this feature. There is ample storage under the armrests for books, tablets, laptops, whatever you want. The armrests lift up easily and have a little strut that holds them up kind of like a car hood. Very nice. The cup holders are good to have and you can adjust the lighting between different colors or turn it off. The only thing i think could be improved is the location of the usb port. Being on the inside of the armrest with the controls means that the usb plug could be damaged by someone sitting on it. It might be safer to relocate this to the inside of the armrest? Not really an issue for me but it might be for someone larger.Overall I’m very happy with my purchase and would buy it again. It seems built to last.Great customer service that reached out ahead of time to coordinate delivery times. Highly recommend Valencia. This is my second purchase from them and i doubt it will be my last!

We absolutely love these seats. Let’s begin with the order. I was contacted by the seller within an hour thanking us and requesting some additional info for the shipping company. Next I heard from the shipping company and surprised to learn they would like to deliver two days early.Ours seats arrived by freight on two pallets which the shipper took with him at our request.You will learn quickly these are well built seats and as such heavy. We used furniture rollers to get them into the home.See my photos for the unpacking. Assembly was easy and very straight forward.We choose the dark chocolate color and it is just gorgeous. The seat controls are very convenient and included USB connection. There are many accessories available and we choose the trays one per seat which do store in the large storage under the armrest.Seats have led lighting which are so beautiful in the evening and illuminate the cup holder.The operation is very quiet. No rubbing sounds and so smooth. If you hold the led light button in the seat will reset fully without the need to use each button to sit up.In conclusion I received not one but two followup calls from the company thanking us and asking if we had any questions.This review is 100 % from us and we did not receive any compensation what so ever to give it. I highly recommend.

The power headrest is excellent as is the power recliner. We havenât found any comfortable position of the lumbar adjustment, other than completely turned down. We are both quite tall, so other people may find the lumbar settings as very useful. The headrests and reclining positions are very comfortable. Instructions are very brief, but there are a few reviews on YouTube that have good installation descriptions.If you install on a carpet as recommended, donât use the rubber stick on pads supplied. If you install them and move the chair around on a carpet during setup, they just roll off and you will need to completely remove them and clean the rubber and glue off the 12 feet (for the loveseat model). Only 10 of the stick on pads came with the loveseat, not 12, so I had to remove 10. Itâs probably a good idea to put on these rubber pads if you are placing the seats directly on a hardwood floor.The parts of the seats that you recline on and the armrests are covered with the nappa leather. The outside of the armrests and the back of the chairs are probably vinyl, but the colour matching with the leather is excellent.

I searched several stores was told there was shortage of leather furniture. Could take at least 10 months. The leather quality was bad. Clearly would peel and crack. NO TOP GRAIN LEATHER WHATSOEVER. Nervous to order online big ticket item w/o testing comfort. Had them 1 day. Firmer than expected but there IS suspension and padding. I soon got used to it and it is comfortable. Wish more neck support, also easily solved with sofa cushion. First sofa I found that is comfortable sitting straight up. Leather is good quality. Looks good. Love deep storage in arms. Some say led lights too bright. I love them; gently reflect on my baseboards. Accessory ports stylish. Getting tray table. Maybe also smartpad stand when this co. gets supplied. The company, represented by Peter, is the most accommodating, responsive customer service I have experienced in 30 yrs. Amazon is great, but I had some complexity in my circumstances. Delivery team great! I expect this 2-seater to last well. People have said pricey, but for this quality it is very reasonable. And I got it in just a few weeks! Fantastic! Wished I hadn’t wasted time and energy going to showrooms. I wouldn’t delay; it seems there really may be a shortage in durable goods.
