Missing Parts – Sad
The first order was missing 2 parts, after almost getting this easy assembly done. I had to repackage and ship it back via UPS after emailing customer service of VEVOR to send me the missing parts (no PHONE number for customer service in the package), SAD! The funny thing is it took a week to get an email replay and the only thing it said was “closing this case.” Sad II. It took two weeks to receive the replacement order (thank you Amazon for your return system). And ‘lo and behold, I was missing 1 part again (the same part). Fortunately, I was able to modify one of the PVC (additional parts) to fit the part I needed, so I could make this product work for me. In summary, very poor quality control and customer service response from VEVOR. Avoid this company!

I bought this rack and dry out on the kids are around the pool. Itâs nice because itâs separate the towel and they dry off from the sun real fast. Would highly recommend it.

easy to assemble, light weight and easy to move about
we bought this for our pool deck. It’s light & easy to move. Easy assembly with a rubber mallet. It’s sturdy & does not move or tip. We don’t use the clips or hooks as they were cheap and left rust stains. I like this better than the coat rack style towel rack
