Nice lights – nice variety of colors – good price…
PROS:These are nice basic solar lights with multiple possibilities for usage. I haven’t permanently attached mine yet, but I plan to put them at the foot of my deck aimed towards my front door steps. These would also look sharp on a fence, on the edge of a swimming pool, or even turned 90° on the corners of buildings. They appear very simple to put up with screws – I don’t imagine the double-sided tape would hold too long, but it’s a good option for testing in places that you don’t want to put holes and can use screws or a stronger adhesive once you choose their permanent spots. The colors are pretty cool and give off a nice ambient glow. They’re not blinding like some LED lights can be. It’s easy to choose which color to keep them on, and one of the options has them slowly fade from one color to the next. I plan to put these out for the holidays as a quickie way of adding some holly and jolly to my front yard. The price for the four lights is more than reasonable in my mind – I may buy more of these and space them out atop the 4X4’s on my wood fence.CONS(ish):If there’s a CON it’s that white isn’t one of the color options – I’d like to have cool white and warm white available as options, and would probably keep these on warm white full time. That having been said, I’m not taking off any stars just because I’m prissy.VERDICT:I totally recommend these. If you have a need for fence or pool lights these are a good way to go.

Super Bright Little Lights With Multiple Color Options
Nice lights with tons of color options. These lights worked right out of the box & were super simple to set up. Unfortunately they didn’t work on my pool because the pool edge is pavers with a “bullnose” type edge that’s rounded. So it would’ve been difficult to get them to stay in place. But I ended up moving 2 of them on my fence & the other 2 shooting down off balcony.Four their size they put off a lot of light. They have 2 gone type lenses that seem to help amplify the light better than most similar lights. They’re made of plastic so I’m not sure how long they’ll hold up but for the low price you can easily replace them. And you get 4 of them which is nice. I think the ones on my fence should hold up longer than balcony because they’re more protected from elements.Only con is each one is individually controlled with button and the first light setting is one where it fades to different colors, so it’s kind of hard to get them synced because you have to push the button on each one and by the time you get one in it starts changing colors. But I can have someone else count down and turn 2 on same time I turn 2 on and it will keep them since.Overall solid lights for their low price. I wouldn’t pay more than $25 for them, only because I’m not sure they’ll last long. They are super bright for their size!

    Using for a container pond
This are cute. Using in a little container pond. They don’t work unless totally dark. So no other patio lights. A bit unhandy. But planning to just cover the solor cover so they go on for patio parties. I didnt realize there is no white light. Only bright colors. That was disappointing. But the were pretty inexpensive and plan to just use them for a while and see how the hold up.

    Cheap, and nice effect
There’s no remote for these, so you have to initially push the button a number of times to get the color you want, but they have turned on reliably for a month or so now at the edge of my pool. I don’t have a flat pool edge like another reviewer here, but I used the double sided tape to attach each to a metal plate that serves as a count-weight and keeps them from dropping into the pool. The light is rather focused, so don’t expect them to create an area illumination except on the bottom of the deep end where the bean has time to spread out enough. For less than $10 this is a good deal if you are looking for this type of downlight. I may eventually take a couple of these and mount them on the fence to illuminate the vertical surface.

    Safer nights by the pool
Since we added these solar lights around the pool, the whole area feels safer at night. The lights are small and light, and putting them up was easy. I used the double-sided tape that came with them and had them installed pretty quickly. They hold up well too. The outer shell feels strong and doesn’t let in water, even when splashed. The little solar panel on top charges during the day, and the lights stay on all night without me needing to do anything. What I like most is the color-changing option. There are six colors, and I usually stick with one for a while, then switch it up when I want something different. It makes the pool look more fun at night.

Subtle solar lighting with nice solid color choices for pool/deck/stairs
For four waterproof color solar lights for under ten bucks this feels like a great deal. They are simple to use and you can change the color with a button press, they are solid colors not auto color changing and have a nice subtle glow and aren’t blinding. All the colors look pretty but we keep them on blue since it’s a nice deep shade of blue that makes the water look more inviting. These would also look nice hanging on a deck rail or on stairs. They are very lightweight and need secured otherwise they will easily fall down, they come with some double-sided tape and screws although depending where you put them you could also use a twisty tie or string through the screw hole to tie them off on something. They come on automatically at dusk, no issues. For budget solar lighting these add some nice ambience.

    Great addition to the yard
I’ve had these up for almost a week now. I really like them! They were super easy to install, just one small screw right into the fence (included). Pretty sure it came with double sided tape or something if you want to do that. They’ve been rained on and they’ve been through some pretty crazy wind over the last week. I love that they are not overwhelmingly bright. Definitely mood lighting for some reason they look way more fluorescent in the pictures than in real life. They’re more of a hazy light than a fluorescent glowing light.
