Good quality, Very nice looking and good company to purchase from
This “Pergola” is very well made. Upon receiving item and un boxing and organizing many many parts assembly began base of item constructed the “feet ” on the legs are designed to be able to bolt into concrete blocks to be put into the ground. Upon assembly for the roof it was discovered one very important piece was missing. Assembly stopped, phoncall to company made in less than 24 hrs the company got in touch clarified product part number verified representative stated part would be sent and would receive it in 5-7 days. Item was received in that window of time. We are very happy to say that the company did a great job at remedying this problem… No we couldnt have it constructed in the time frame we wanted but what truly matters is that product was obtained and sent as promised… and for that we are grateful that this company cared to make it right and complete Thankyou again Joey!!!!!

Awesome gazebo but instructions are not 100% accurate. Important info noted in my comments.
This is an awesome gazebo! It is very sturdy & looks great. It was a little difficult to put together in the beginning only because 4 of the parts labeled on page # 4 of the instruction manual were incorrect. I was searching for the B10, B11, B12, B13 pieces for a long time until I realized they were mismarked on the part section of the manual. The parts were actually E10, E11,E12, & E13 as shownon the diagram. The instruction manual is pretty well done because it has a list of labeled parts on the left side of each page & detailed diagrams on the right side of the page. Each piece is labeled with a sticker coordinating with the instruction manual (other than the 4 pieces I mentioned above). One other tricky step is installing the curtain hooks on page 6 & towards the end of the manual. The instructions don’t really indicate that you must equally divide the specified amount of hooks on each the left & right side of the walls & there are 2 rows. So do this very carefully or you will have to take pieces apart many steps later or may not even realize it until you are at the very end. I suggest laying out all the pieces in alphabetical order (there are a lot) & inventory the items to make sure you have everything before you start. This also helps familiarize yourself with the pieces. I put 99% of the gazebo together myself & only needed help once lifting the center roof support section. I am a 5’10 female with some building experience. I wanted to surprise my husband while he was out of town for a week and wanted to do it solo. It took a total of about 14 hours for me to put it together spread over 3 days. You will want a dolly to move the 5 large boxes (well over 100 lbs each) & make sure you have a lot of room to lay out the parts. *** The instructions & screws are in a tan bag that looks like it would be the curtains ***. I couldn’t find the instructions (thinking it was a bag of curtains), so I contacted the manufacturer who sent me a PDF of the instructions. This ended up being super helpful because the paper instruction manual I eventually found in the bag, were very light & a little hard to read at times. Having a PDF was helpful for zooming in on details. You will also want a medium & tall ladder. The last few steps require reaching over the first tier of the roof to the 2nd, which is surprisingly high. I also ended up removing some of the vents previously installed so I could reach the upper level more easily. The vents could be put on last. Make sure you put the curtains (outside track) & the screens (inside tack) on the correct track or you will have to tack them down & redo them. I would NOT use an electric drill as you could easily strip the screw heads or cross-thread the screws. I would also suggest that if 2 people are doing this, each person have a copy of the instructions, one person mainly run pieces/parts to the other to install. It worked out that my husband was out of town because I am sure we would have gotten into multiple arguments during this project… Just take your time & follow instructions very carefully. Extra screws/washers were included were included, which was very helpful because I dropped a lot. A magnet bowl came in very handy. The materials are very nice & it was pretty easy to do. Overall, a great gazebo & we really love it!!! I just wanted to share these tips which would have really helped me. Highly recommend!

12×20. Be patient. Some dents and bends. It does come together.
I’m going to try to help whomever buys this. I have put it together by myself spending 30 mins here or an hour there. I’m writing this just before the paneling so may edit this review later. (12 x 20)Quick hints for what I learned to help with install:1. The K1 pieces pictured. Notice the one on the right is opened up. The left is how it comes. You will not be able to install it like that. Open it up and it will go a lot easier.2. Use horse stands of first couple of steps which involve the long beams that connect four legs. Then lay legs down and connect the long beams x 2 and stand them up. Then connect shorter beams to connect all four.3. Super important to never fully tighten anything until you are a step or two ahead. I may come back later and be more specific but you will have to manipulate a lot through step 20. Don’t fully tighten and torque until done with 19 which includes roof beams.4. The roof beams…to piece L…OMG…even with 4 people that would be stupid. This will be a long answer…so the total height of the kit is about 10 feet at center. The instructions say to mount four roof corner beams (I think “B”) to L and then to somehow magically connect the corner beams to the four legs. Can’t be done like that without minimum 5 people and it will be tough. The corner beams are so long and heavy when connected to L that it’s impossible to lift it at center without all four corners being supported or the mounts will rip through metal. Also one person would have to hold that center piece in the air while four people somehow held the legs and got their screws in.You can see in the picture my solution. I used two suv jacks and built two quick wood stands with 8 foot 2x4s and 12 foot 2x6s top and bottom. With the jacks I was able to center that big piece and raise it up to determine where the proper height was to properly align the corner roof beams. Imagine one person holding all of that.5. Have the short side facing the wind. I obviously mounted this on a platform i built specifically for this gazebo. Longitudinally this structure with everything tight and square (measured corner to corner) doesn’t sway at all when I give it some hard leans and pushes; however, the short side shows a little play.In other words if you look at back picture of my home if I try to shake the gazebo towards the house it’ll move, but if I do it sideways towards the fence it doesn’t. It’s bolted down extremely well.I’m not worried about the structural integrity in wind facing this direction.6. Step 19 that refers to strips like g3 g4 g6…etc…do not tighten anything and N pieces go last. Start with G3 and work you way clockwise lightly inserting screw #1 at each of the four red circles. Then in the middle where g6 and g4 meet screw that fully on both sides. Then go back to corners and do piece N. Instructions don’t tell you that you should expect g3 and g6s pieces to bend to accommodate the corner. Place N over them and screw it down fully. Then return to the light pieces.Overall, I have started the sheets for roof. That will be tomorrow. By myself, I’d say I have about 10 or so hours in it so far but that included the time of building the stands and taking my time for that center stuff mentioned above.Without a doubt, 5 people with 2 ladders and multiple drills gets this done a lot faster. Even the time saved helping un package and sort parts.Boxes did come damaged 1 and 3 of 5…but that is because they are heavy for one deliver driver to handle. Or maybe even handling in bistro centers.I’d say it’s worth the buy. Assuming these sheets for roof go well.

Great instructions and quality to complete
I carved out two days to tackle this and was able to do it myself (though not recommended to do without a partner). The instructions are pretty straight forward and the pieces are all labeled to help, the only challenge was at one point keeping the screws in order because there are different sizes but thats on me for getting them mixed up. This has turned out to be pretty stable and good quality, definitely follow the instructions to not tighten all the screws tight until the pieces are placed because it’s a puzzle that needs to mesh correctly. Would definitely recommend especially with the double curtains for privacy.

I paid a premium for a solid roof gazebo but the product arrived with half the components missing including legs, feet, beam and feature top, screws and instructions. Truly appalling!
